The  source code for  "wolf4sdl"  included  two  license-related  text
files:

      (a) license-id.txt
      (b) license-mame.txt

"license-id.txt" was a file from Id Software that granted  limited-use
rights to the  Wolfenstein 3D source code.  The file in question isn't
included here, because  according to various sources,  the license has
been changed to GPL, and the original file is obsolete. If this proves
to be incorrect, "wolf4sdl" should be removed from this distro.

"license-mame.txt"  addressed portions of the "wolf4sdl" codebase that
were apparently based on non-Id code. The file in question is included
here.
