1. We don't  understand how Riverbank Computing's  "sip" module works.
So, all of this might be incorrect.

This package installs a copy  of "sip" that's appropriate for use with
Python 3 and Qt 5.  This apparently isn't the same thing as installing
Python 3 and Qt 5  "sip" extension  support.  The latter step is  per-
formed at a later point.
