1. We don't completely understand how Riverbank Computing's "sip" mod-
ule works. So, all of this might be incorrect.

This package installs a copy  of "sip" that's appropriate for use with
Python 2 and Qt 4.  This apparently isn't the same thing as installing
Python 2 and Qt 4 "sip" extension support.  The latter step isn't pre-
sently supported.
