1. Most network packages that  support  secure-protocol operations can
use GNU TLS, OpenSSL, and/or LibreSSL for the purpose. Presently, this
package uses LibreSSL.

2. Existing  copies of  "subversion" should be deleted before new cop-
ies are built,  or the  "configure"  step may fail.  Note: This distro
purges old copies automatically.
