Description: Fix burning of blank BD-R disks.
 When burning blank BD-R disks, dvd+rw-tools generate, at the end of the
 process, the error message:
 .
   :-[ CLOSE SESSION failed with SK=5h/INVALID FIELD IN CDB]: Input/output error
 .
 This patch fixes it. Tested by many people following Debian's bug report #713016.
