"Flying_Penguin.ttf" contains a TTF font named "Flying Penguin".

This font was distributed by "webpagepublicity.com".  The web site de-
scribed the associated license as follows:

"... free fonts you can download to  your computer  and  use for free.
These are all totally free TTF fonts made to work with  any PC or Win-
dows Operating System. Use them at your own free will."

However, the web site didn't credit the original author. This font is
probably "free", but this isn't guaranteed.  If it turns out that the
web site  didn't have the necessary rights,  this font  should be re-
moved.
