[technotes]

1. The source tarball used by this package was created  based on "git"
upstream sources. The sources were obtained as follows:

      ocgitfetch --run \
--checkout=v1.14.1 \
https://github.com/webmproject/libvpx.git

2. This package  needs  to be built  on a system with  the appropriate
target architecture. I.e.: Cross-compile doesn't work.

3. "libvpx114"  shouldn't be updated  to a new 1.14.X upstream release
until/unless  it's confirmed that all packages that depend on "libvpx-
114" will build with the new release.
