1. This  package should  always be rebuilt  if, and after, "perl5*" is
updated.

      actools  gawk  ncurses  termcap

The  "texinfo" "configure" script and/or source code  references these
packages.  However, "texinfo" can be built without them. Additionally,
these packages  aren't  built until  a later point.  Therefore,  these
packages aren't listed as dependencies.
