"ms-sys" writes Microsoft-compatible boot records.  The operation per-
formed is similar to DOS FDISK /MBR (for a hard disk) or SYS D: (for a
floppy or FAT partition),  except that no files are copied.  This pro-
gram simply creates a boot record.
